The 2010–11 St. Louis Blues season was the 44th season for the National Hockey League franchise that was established on June 5, 1967.
The Blues posted a regular season record of 38 wins, 33 losses and 11 overtime/shootout losses for 87 points, failing to qualify for the Stanley Cup playoffs for the second consecutive season.

The Blues announced on April 14 that Davis Payne would be retained as coach, making him the 23rd head coach of the franchise.
